the numbers after the CW refer to swing speed. So CW 75 is rated for someone with a swing speed of 75. Those two shafts look to me like either senior or womens shafts. Constant weight is your run of the mill regular flex shaft. Rifle is more sturdier and stronger and is more reserved for people with higher or faster swing speeds./
