Not here. You replace it yourself and send in a claim form to the city. They reimburse you. Good thing, too. If you had to wait for them to do it, it would take a very long time!

no, they're kind of mean about that. if they dont arrest you, you're kind of just left with a bunch of broken stuff in your house. it stinks!
