Well yeah, id think so. Since they really arent talking with their mouths, but their hands. Thatll definitely be a question I have ask to my deaf friends. Thanks

They dont need to talk if they are using sign language.

If they use sign language, then they can't hear enough to have learned speech, so they wouldn't have picked up that habit. thanks for the 2 points.
