That was very inpacific and hopefully this will help make the queston more pacific. I have an IBM thinkpad powered by Windows XP and I want to know of a program where you can take bits and parts of video clips (suck as music videos, actual videos,television shows, etc.) and out it together to make a cool video with all these bits and parts and clips of all these things. It doesnt have to be free, I just would like to get in touch with my creative side. So please if you know of any computer prgram that will work please tell me.

create? u mean to draw em your self? not just edit 'em?

macromedia flash
dream wave, 3d max, maya to create strange object??
use adobe to make some masking
cakewalk to edit the music & sound?

if you're an expert then you definately might want to apply Adobe illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.If no longer then you definately can use the techniques given in video the position you could make videos poster and different stuff with none strengthen modifying information.
