Buy a TV tunner card for your computer. You can get them at Fry's Electronics or even Best Buy I think. Some need to be installed inside the computer but there are some that can be plugged in via USB. Your local computer store should have them. A search for TV tunner card should turn up plenty of matches. I believe they run about $40-$100

An ATI All In One Wonder Card!

It has a TV tuner, I believe it has a cable connection and it also does analog video captures from VHS, Hi8, Digital 8, DVC-Mini and DVD camcorders!

About $130 and it includes Studio DeLuxe editing software.

There are now growing web casts, including Video On Demand from ABC TV. Go to their web site and see yesterday's TV show today, with even more annoying commercials than before!

You need to have the windows media center on your computer, then you need to hook it somehow to your t.v. I think this can be done wirelessly.
