If your child is born in the United States it will in no way help you to get a green card. In fact, you can be deported and the status of your child could be in limbo depending on your country of origin. You may even be separated from your child if you do not possess a valid Visa.

Your child can petition for you when she/she turns 21. Then you apply for an immigrant visa, go to the US, and apply for a green card.

By the way, you will only be able to get the immigrant visa if your child actually lives in the US.

No. Marrying an american or having a baby here does not grant you a green card or a change in immigration status. You still have to go through the same process. Your baby is an american citizen though.

You cannot apply for a greencard through them until they turn 21 years old.

No. Your kid automatically becomes a US citizen, but you have to marry a citizen to become legal.
INS loves people who marry for papers.
