Well done for realising you have a problem, that is the first step in the right direction, and so is asking for help too. I think you should see your doctor who can help you or reffer you to someone else who is trained in dealing with such conditions. You need to think positively, relax, and deep breathe when you think you may hurt someone. Walk away from any situation you fear may lead you want to hurt someone. Remind your self it is not acceptable to hurt someone and that you are a nice person. Take more control in what you do by being a positive you. Has anything ever happened to you in the past to make you want to hurt someone else?? You need to ask yourself why do I want to hurt that person? Then realise what you are thinking and control it. I know it may sound easy, but it will not be. The more you do not give in the easier it will become over time, but you do need to see your doctor to get advice. Hope all will turn out well.

i didn't quite understand what do you mean by I have mental health? who has decided that? if you realise that you hurt people, and you don't mean to, it's being a little hypocratic, to be very frank. because, this has turned into a habit, and you haven't done any thing to change your behaviour. then how can you declare you are mentally healthy? mind you, if you are already secretly enjoying hurting people, and i hope it is a verbal exercise, you might as well turn into a saddist, who takes pleasure in inflicting pain on others. you can not hurt people so casually, because before you open your mouth, you must have thought about the after-effects. so the first step is to analyse your own self. why has this callousnes, this tendency, has become a part of my personality?do i hate people? who has been hurting me when i was a child, a teen-ager? that treatment is getting reflected in your present day behaviour, which is abnormal. so think before you speak, don't give any remarks when not required, try to be positive with people around you, and make a conscious effort to improve on this. stop taking pride in, how i made that woman cry, or how unhappy that girl looked when i said some mean things!
try and make complimentary remarks to people, appreciate even small favours, and you will cease making enemies, you would have more and more people, who will speak good about you. that would make you really happy!

Try to calm down find your inner self and the most thing try to love your self because if you don't you wouldn't be happy with life itself or things around you, so that might be the cause of your actions towards other people. And if you have to take medicine for that health make sure that you take it so you can be stable and healthy for the mind, body and soul.

You must have mental unhealth and not mental health. Get some counseling before you become the next jackass we see on the news in a mugshot.

This is unclear.
When you go for help, it's important to express yourself clearly.
If you are considered a threat to yourself or others, you may be committed involuntarily.
I think you mean that you offend unintentionally.
You could look at what kinds of things bothered people before, and be more careful.

You need to tell someone about how you feel so that they can direct you towards the best kind of help. Talk to your GP if you can, or maybe try emailing the Samaritans or MIND (links below).
