Unhide folder options?

Hi,
The "Folder Options" from tools menu has disappeared from my computer and i think that kids
has done it so i don't see what they are keeping on the system.

I want to know how they hide the folder option and how can i unhide it.

Copy this text:

\Restrictions]
"NoBrowserOptions"=dword:00000000

Everythign between the brackets shoujld be on one line.
Open Notepad.
Paste Text into Notepad.
Go to File, Save as... "Folder Options.reg".
You might wanna save it to your desktop.

Double-click the .reg file, and click Yes to add the settings to the registry.
Reboot.

I am not sure whet you are talking about.

You can access the folder options by right clicking on the folder.
