While you have given more info than most in your question there are still far too many unstated preferences to give you a complete answer but hope this will help.
1-There are many websites that rent vacation villa all over the world just gogle villas or vacation homes for rent.
2-There are probably over 100 great islands to vacation in the Caribbean that offer both types of diving, but Caribbean diving is nothing compared to the South Pacific, and you can sky dive anywhere these days,
3-It sounds like you have money so places in the S.Pacific I'd recommend are:
Fiji(Somosomo straights in between Taveuni and Vanua Levu) Unbelievable quantity of sea life. Taveuni accommodations are more basic, and VL are luxurious, but you dive the same sites.
Rangiroa, French Polynesia if you want to be surrounded by hundreds of sharks and see 15 ft Manta rays.
Cairns, Australia, do a livaboard on the great barrier reef.
Papau New Guinea- My favorite for diversity, clarity and no other divers.
Micronesia- Yap and Palau great drift diving and large pelagics
Indonesia- Komodo Island, mainly livaboards.
All take a while to get to so you may want to do two of the above and break the trip up again, and all will be memorable.
Have fun, wish I was going back soon myself!

El Conquistador Resort and Golden Door Spa in Puerta Rico. It's really nice and only a 3 hour flight from around that area. The resort has there own private island that you get to by a boat. It is nice, and appropriate for a family. I went there with mine a couple years ago. It was amazing, you should look into it. There are many activities to do, you could scuba, but I'm not sure about the sky diving.

Take a look at the Caribbean coast of Honduras or Belize. It's a little expensive to get there, but once you're there it's amazingly cheap. There is apparently great diving at Roatan, and white sand beaches in Puerto Cortes. Honduras is also an amazing cultural experience, and travel between Honduras, Guatemala, and Belize is very cheap and easy. Just a note, though: if you decide to enter Belize, you need to spend the night. You can't just enter the country for the day. This is an amazing trip, even better if you speak Spanish.

Try the Island of St. Martin in the French West Indies. Would recommend staying on the French side near the Alamanda Resort. There are a lot of villas for rent also. Warning: The boys will see some nudity on the beaches.

The all-inclusive resorts like Beaches are the ones designed for families, so you may want to start there if you want it to be as easy to plan as possible. In terms of islands, I am partial to Grand Cayman. It is a very clean island, even in the wake of a major hurricane a few years back, and has some of the best snorkeling in the bay the island is centered around. There is wonderful shopping, sparkling beaches, adn some nice day trip ideas, including a sea turtle farm rehab center and Hell, a small town famous for its rock formations, and of course, it's name. Not many places you can say that your whole trip went to Hell, and it was wonderful!

Scuba diving, sky diving, and what i would have to say looks like the most beautiful place on earth..... the island of Bora Bora in French Polinesia
Next to that, try researching the Seychelles islands off the coast of africa.

I really!!! liked Atlantis, Bahamas.. It is a very nice and everyone there was awesome. I went as a nanny and just fell in love with the the surroundings. THere is things for all ages to do.. When I went, I was in my mid twenties and had fun with the kids that I watched. It is a pricey place, but it is worth its every penny. The have places you can eat by the fish, slide down a slide with sharks around you, but you are in a glass area where they won't get you, but it is neat. :D Just type in www.Atlantis.com and it will show you a ton of stuff. :D Good luck!1 You will have fun!

I haven't been to this place, but a friend of mine went and said it was absolutely incredible. I saw it featured on the Travel Channel as one of the top ten places for a family vacation:
