I have no idea what type of cat she is but the only reason why I have her is because my cousin took her from a friend and then my uncle (not being the cat lover) told her that she had to get rid of it or he was going to take it to the human society. Well, here's the thing, my female cat, named Cinnamon is spaded, declawed and has 3 legs. She was born that way. And she is missing the tip of her tail due to it being slammed in a door. So poor baby, I knew that no one would probely adopt her so she's mine now! I love her to death except that she bites. lol.....she can't scratch to defend herself so she bites. She hates for her belly to be rubbed. Only her ears, and she loves to stay under my bed during the day, and come out to play at night and sleep at the foot of my bed.

I have a 6 year old (in September) that I rescued; his name is Loki.
He was a stray that was born at my husband's old work shop. He was undersized and sick so I nursed him back to health.
He is gray with black stripes that are irregular with a white spot on his nose and feet and a white belly with a grey spot on it.
My favorite things about him are that he is still small (only 9 lbs) and that he acts like a Puppy instead of a cat since my older dog raised him.

He looks like a Russian Blue (he's not a purebred). His name is Dash (because that is what he does). When I adopted him he was soooooooo tiny the rescue org. named him Tiny. He had the bluest eyes and with that gray coat I fell in love. He weighed all of 1lb 12oz when I brought him home 1 year ago. He now weighs 18 pounds. He is very friendly, that is what I like about him.

I have 2 male tabbys we got at the shelter. their names are Oliver and MC. they came with their names. we were going to change MC's name but by the time we could figure anything good out it had been long enough I didn't feel right that we had been calling him MC for a while and then start calling him something different. MC is VERY VERY soft.and cute. Oliver has a lot of spunk.

I have a Maine Coon Cat his name is Thumpkin because he's also a mitten paw and it looks like he has two thumbs. He is very loving but when he gets grumpy he crosses his eyes at you and meow's as if he is saying "leave me alone idiot" it's very cute,I cant help but laugh at him when he does this and that seems to make him grumpier.

I just rescued my first cat in my new apartment!!!
He was with a man who was not feeding him because he was always out of town. He was going to give him up to the pound if he didn't find someone to take him, and once I heard about that, I couldn't let it happen. I took him in - free!! and he gave me all of his toys and a full - UNOPENED (surprise?) bag of food.
Once he was at his new home, he adjusted so well - even after we got the puppy.
We named him Manny, because when we got him, he looked so skinny, - just about anorexic, so we dubbed him Manorexic... or Manny. He has the best personality out of any animal that I have ever had... and my favorite thing about him is when he stretches his entire body out with his back legs on the table, and front paws on your face, to give you Manny kisses. We love him to death!

I have 2 cats..

A DSH named Ebony. I've had her since she was 2 days old and I bottle raised her. Even though I have three children now, I consider her my first baby.

And I have a DLH named Spike. My husband brought him home for me and he was my husbands first kitten. He is just a cool, lazy. fat cat.

My husband found a stray kitten who appeared to be only about 4 weeks old (about 6 years ago) We decided to keep him and named him Fletcher. We fed him with a bottle for a few weeks until he developed teeth and was able to eat kitten food. The funny thing about Fletch is that he still to this day wants to milk on my husband's wrist (where he typically put his milk when he was little) He is a great kitty, keeps to himself and will come to you when he wants you to love on him.
