How can upload a Word or Text document in to my Flash website? Or have it so that people can download it?

So someone can click on a button and download my c.v for example, how would I do that?

Simply put the file on your server and then create a hot link to the file.

When clicked, the browser should ask "Do you want to open or save this file?" and the viewer has the option of downloading and saveing or opening it at that moment.
