I really would not recommend bathing these kittens. They could easily develop a respiratory infection.
Also, they are too young for regular flea treatments. I would also stay away from home remedies and certainly away from flea collars.
The safest thing you can do for them at this tender age is to purchase a flea comb and comb the fleas off of them. You should be able to get a flea comb at a pet store, a vet or perhaps even a grocery store's pet department.
The teeth on a flea comb are close together, allowing the comb to catch the fleas. It's easy to pull the fleas off of the comb and put them in a zip lock bag. If you have a cotton ball dipped in rubbing alcohol in the bag, the fleas will die.
You may also be able to get a lice comb from the drug store. You can use it as a flea comb because the teeth are close together and it will probably be cheaper than a regular flea comb.
Hope this helps.

DO NOT use anythig on these baby kittens. The best option is to treat the mother cat. A capstar( kills all living fleas on the cat within 30 minutes) and a dose of Frontline. This will keep the fleas from transferring to the babies. THe best method is to buy a comb and get the fleas off yourself. Have a container of soapy water to put the fleas in once you get them off and the flush them down the toilet. But using vegetable oil, powders, or soap can be dangerous to kittens of this age. THe Capstar pill is wonderful and can be purchased at your vet store!! It cost $4 where I live.

first of all - get the kitten to the vet. I had a young kitten so eaten up with fleas she had to have blood. After that I had to give her a bath ever other day till I got the flea problem under control. I bath her in the kitchen sink with warm water and mild soap, then wrap your kitten rub with a towel till warm and dry.

At two weeks, it should be okay to use a mild flea shampoo. Check with your vet to make sure though.
