The juice was extracted from the fruit, the pasturized, then boiled down so that it doesn't weigh as much for transport purposes. Then water is added back into it nearer to the place of retail. This allows the company to save transportation costs, as they can move more produce for less weight.

So this kind of juice is not as healthy as locally produced juice. You should look ofr stuff that is fresh, or even better, buy a juicer and make your own! there are some really good juicers on the market, and you can buy local fruit at a low price and make juice that way - this is not only better for you health wise, but also financially, and is better for the environment as the fruit has not been transported half way round the globe to reach you.

Because the growing seasons of many fruits is quite short, and to have a high quality product you want to only pick at the moment of peak flavor, most juice bottlers concentrate juice (remove 35-50% of the water) to make it easier to store up to a year in frozen form. This insures flavor and a steady supply all year as well as a stable price. When they need to they simply pump the frozen slurry to a mixing vat and add filtered water back to the concentrate and bottle it for your grocery store selves.
I hope this clears things up for you!! If so I'm glad to have been some help.

To save space when bringing the juice from abroad, most of the water is removed and only the concentrate is shipped here in a frozen state so that it does not go bad. Then it is mixed with water and put into the pack.

It means that they have squeezed everything into it without the water, (this is normally done for transporting purposes). So that when they add water it is not concentrated anymore.

Please use the spell checker!
I assume you mean 'concentrate' in which case, the water content is extracted for shipping, then when it's ready to be repackaged for sale they put the water back in.
