bearings/hubs going bad... or a freewheel problem. Get thee to your local bike shop and have it inspected!

You might also have a few loose spokes which should also be checked out (wheel needs to be trued).

Take your wheels to a shop and have them adjust your spokes, have them "trued." It's the equivalent of a wheel alignment. After that the bike will ride like new.
