As far as I am aware there are none. Some countries will however grant new industries a tax holiday as an incentive to in vest in their country.

There are many other small little island that fall under the category of 'tax' free but its not always the same. Some are just 'duty' free or custom free or business tax fee etc.

Jersey. There are more millionaires there per head of population than anywhere else in the world.
It is also a beautiful place to live, providing you are a millionaire of course!
