Assume you have a normal 12 hour electric clock with second hand, minute hand, and hour hand.

1) How many degrees of arc does the minute hand move in 1 second?

2) How long does it take for the minute hand to move 1 degree of arc?

First person to come up with the correct answer to both questions will get 10 points for best answer!

This is pretty simple math so this will be an easy 10 points.\

1)It moves 360/60 = 6 Degrees in a minute

2)
Since 6 degrees in 1 minute,
=> 1 degree in one sixthof a minute = [(1*60)/6] = 10 seconds

MODIFY : OOPS I read the question wrong!
In 60 seconds, minutehand moves 6 degrees (As shown above)
So in 1 second it moves 0.1 degrees.
