Is there a program out there that can update your computer automatically for you?

An autoupdate for maybe Graphics card so you wouldnt have to worry about if your behind on the current drivers offered.

no , and you wouldnt want it to since a lot of the time the drivers can cause problems and conflicts when you update them.
