When I eat sometimes food get stuck in my two front teeth also my two front bottom teeth are not straight one goes up and is further out while the other is down and goes in. What can I do?

You don't have to have a dentist's referral to go to an orthodontist. Sometimes you'll get lucky and find one that does not charge for the initial exam.

Make sure you're keeping them clean in the meantime.

Orthodonture is your best chance. You have serious bite problems.
There are pressure exercises you can do pressing teeth with your fingers in a certain way a certain amount of time each day, but these have to be designed by an orthodontist and you have to be absolutely faithful to do it.
braces are easier and quicker.

Dentist's are like for cleanings and Cavaties but if you need braces then you definitely need to go to a orthodontist....never trust a dentist with Braces, one time my dentist popped one of my brackets off of my tooth it hurt too.

You go see the dentist first and he will refer you to the orthodontist.

Get a good consult on braces, and in the mean time, use floss diligently each day.
