I have not been on the dating scene for a long time, but now that i am very happily divorced I think it is time to check it out again. No, i am not wanting a gay lover, I am quite straight. And it is obvious the internet dating thing is a total failure even though it was a good concept, but I would like a date who's last name doesn't end in .jpg

So you are happily over your last problem and ready and willing to embrace another? Brave, man, brave. Stay single for awhile. Hang around the dudes. Listen and watch and you will know exactly why they are single and hanging out together. You see both scenes suck, because both scenes are extreme. Either single or not. The best scene is carefree scene. One day you're on a date, one day you're on a golf course, one day you're playing doctor nip/tuck, one day poker. If you jump into the arms of another relationship it won't be long before you remember why it was you jumped out of the last one. Be carefree and one day, maybe just one day you'll be standing in the middle of an apple orchard and a pear will fall into your basket.

1. volunteer at places
2. take a community school class that interests you
3. get some hobbies
