The only 'manbars' I know of in Bangkok or the rest of Thailand are gay bars. These bars also cater to ladies looking to get laid on a pay for sex basis.
Because of the nature of 'gay sex' I understand that there is a major risk of HIV Aids so please be careful. Many of the guys working in these bars are not gay per se, but straight guys looking to make money. Non-Thais especially westerners would not be employed as they can not get a work permit for these activites.
I have however heard of western guys getting jobs in escort agencies

HIV and AIDS is alarming in Thailand. people and the gov't will fool you to think that it's not but it is. you're welcome to find out the hard way, if you must insist.
