Widisofts Widi3.2pro.
Please realize though that the .mid files you get will be a "bit rough"

I guess you mean MIDI. I don't have an answer but I have been looking for a way to convert from MIDI to MP3 or Wave. I'll be watching to see what kind of answers you get.
