As you have read from the majority of the comments above, men aren't much for touchy feely romance... they just want to get turned on.
So, write something sexy. :) Sexy, sassy, naughty, but NOT CRASS.
"The flowers explore the feminine side... now let's explore the wild side" is a little cheesy, but again, not crass.
"I've always heard sending a man flowers is a nice way to say DO ME HARD, DO ME NOW." would be a funny way to say it, and a little naughty.
You'll think of something special. ;) I must warn though. Men aren't much for lovey dovey. Unless he is different, it might turn him off, scare him away. So, all the more reason to balance out the lovey dovey gesture of giving him flowers with something sassy and naughty. :)

The most romantic phrase I heard came from the persons heart. Thats all that reall matters. Think about it when a guy sweet talks you and its not from his heart it sounds cheesy. Speak from your heart and tell him how you feel about him. Be honest.
