How do you deal with a boyfriend who...?

I just came out of a relationship in May and already I'm in another one. My bf and I were out lastnight and this guy we both knew from back in highschool kept coming over and joking with us. Well...everytime he would laugh he would hold on to me really tight and a few times he rested his head on my breast. My boyfriend basically just sat there. I kept pushing the guy off but I mean I felt like the guy was openly disrespecting my man.

After I finally told the guy to get the F*** off of me, all I could think of for the rest of the night was.."If I were with my ex he would have kicked his a**", and "How could he just sit here, my ex would have kicked his a**". Now I feel bad for comparing them but my boyfriend lost all points with me last night. So I guess my question is how do I deal with a boyfriend who doesn't stand up for himself? How do I continue in a relationship where I don't feel protected? Or am I just over-reacting? The guy was bi-sexual, maybe he didn't feel threatened.

Even if the guy was bisexual, he should have protected you.Talk to him and tell him how you feel.Ask him how would he want you to react if a another woman was coming on to him.Don't let this floating in the air, it's best if you talk openly about it now so that you know where you're both standing in this relationship.

u r not over-reacting girl, it happened to me when some guy was pestering me on my cellphone and i thought he was going to ask me to explain but he never did that and i was really hurt cos it made me think he didnt love me, all i can say is tell him how u felt that day and listen to what he says, ok, good luck girl!
