You just fee upset about what someone or something has done to you. You can be mad what ever way you want to be--yell, cuss, hit, throw stuff, confront them, ignore them, --so you can me mad in either an aggressive, assertive or passive way. Many people passive-aggressive--they don't stand up for themselves and just hold the anger in b/c they don't think anything productive with change. Assertive people can usually have some typed of character to prevail where they are heard in a way that tries to make sense, and aggressive people may hit, cuss, push or whatever... I like to get revenge in a nice way--like calling the police or social services or the newspaper or someone who will do something to help them but yet hurt them.. So I don't know if that is aggressive or passive. ?? hm mm...

I think I get what your saying...Well at work or in public it's okay to be mad but it's in how you show it.

Like you can "dress down" or "tell off" a person without using cuss words or getting extra loud,

Same goes for work, you can express yourself, without throwing things on your desk or slamming doors etc

I personally think to do these things you need to expand you vocab and your knowledge, learn to express yourself in different ways (not saying you don't just answering the question)

If person or persons you are mad at don't know you are mad at them then you are wasting your time and energy because they will continue living their lives not knowing.

By ignoring or being indifferent to someone is a fascinatingly effective way of showing you are mad.

Its OK to be mad, but its better to know how to control your anger.

do you mean ANGRY ?

If you actually lose your temper at someone they will NEVER forget it.

With a friend or relative just explain that you are disappointed in what they have said or done and you realise that is not what they would usually do. (and you still love them)

We are usually angry because of something in ourselves, not somebody else.
