The worst nightmare that I ever had was when a witch was hunting me with a crossbow. To this day I haven't forgotten the fright of her driving down the darkened alley. I hid quietly behind a garage hoping not to be seen. That wasn't the case as the car rolled to a stop just as she passed me.

Oh that's super easy cuz it still scares the crap outta me but it's a bit long so you get the dried up version :)
There was this HUGE black man in my bedroom and I went to run into the living room and out the front door only my bedroom door turned into this pitch black tunnel and I felt like I was being pushed/pulled through it like I was on a slide and it came out into this huge clearing in a forest that was some sort of garbage dump.... there was an old school bus and fires burning in barrels. The man came out of the tunnel chasing me still.
Eventually I got back up the tunnel and into my room, only to find that man behind my door....that's when I woke up.

I had nightmare few weeks ago. I dremt I was sleeping in a big room in a sleeping bag, lots of people were sleeping there to. My brother came in and started tickling me and grabbing me why I was sleeping and he couldn't stop it was like torture I couldn't move I think I might have had sleeping paralysis. I woke up and say a massive bug on the ceiling that disappeared that was horrible dream.

Its a toss up...it is either the one where I went to Hell and I had to work eternity at a desk processing insurance papers next to horrid stagnant pond with rotting, writhing, insect ridden corpses all around and of course, hot a Hell,
OR...
the reoccuring one where I am told that there was a mess up years ago with my high school transcript and I have to go back to high school if I want to get a job anywhere, even though I graduated college over 20 years ago, and I actually have to go back to high school and have all the kids in class snickering at me in Algebra class.

I had this dream that my whole family died and I was sent to live with my grandfather. The dream was utterly terrifying because I kept seeing this urn that supposedly held the ashes of my family and it was standing near a fireplace that was burning fire. I know it sounds timid but the dream had sound effects!!!

That I was possessed. It wasn't so bad at first cuz I had all this power but then when I was unable to love I screamed and cried myself awake

waking up in hell with demons trying to rip my very soul out of my body there claws dug deep within my flesh, definitely a life changing experience
