hand washing is very very imp. because it kills all the germs that causes several diseases.

It's good hygiene first and foremost. It prevents you from becoming ill from bacteria and possible viruses that may be in the air or on things you touch.

It's secondary importance is that, if you do it correctly, then your hands will be clean for a little while... at least until you touch the door leading out of wherever you are.

Hand washing is important to prevent the entry of organism in the body which can cause infections it also prevents skin infections too.

The concern is not with your hands as the skin does a pretty good job at keeping intruders out. But when you rub you hand on your eye or mouth, you are susceptible to transferring germs and unwanted bacteria directly into your system.

Hand washing is good for you as it keeps the micro organisms off your hands. It does not always kill the bugs like others are stating but mainly just mechanically knocks them off of your hands.

every thing you touch has bacteria some bad some good but the only way to make sure you do not come in contact with a bad bacteria or virus is to wash your hands thoroughly and make sure you do not touch the faucet handles after wards. use a paper towel to shut off the water

to me washing hands is very important because it's nasty not to wash your hands. for me every thing i touch after i wash my hands i guess it's a habit. but washing your hands is very important.

ok, bacteria are all over you right now. if you wash your hands before you eat you're not gonna introduce them to your system. most of the bacteria on you is relatively harmless, but some isn't. you don't wanna encourage them to grow regardless unless you like being sick.

It gets rid of bacteria and prevents it from entering into your body which causes you to become sick. It also prevents other people from becoming sick when u transfer bacteria from your hand onto something else like another persons hand or a door knob.
