Avocado has essential oils that will give your hair a coating to close the cuticle layer of your hair.Eggs and Mayonnaise are protein's and will also provide strength to the hair shaft. Honey is a bit too sticky to be putting in to your hair. You have to consider first and foremost why is your hair breaking? what have you or are you doing to it? If you want to go natural on your hair products I would get on line and check for all natural hair products. Products that are derived from food are formulated to work with the hair on the molecular level of hair. in their natural forms they simply just coat your hair making it a temporary fix, the minute you wash your hair your back to square one. If you want to eliminate the problem work with a professional. Cosmetologist's don't only cut hair they have the knowledge to prescribe the proper hair care products to help you achieve all your hair goals. They are not there to only sell you shampoo. they are properly trained to know what works best for your hair issues even as they change. All you have to do is ask. There are several salon products now days that are commited to natural hair care. Nexxus and Biolage are two such products that are widely available. Check with your stylist to see what your salon offers. If you don't care for any of their products get on line most hair care products will direct you to salons that will meet your needs. Best of luck to you .

Mayonnaise sincerely works lovely excellent, I used it as soon as and inspiration it made a moderate change in my hair or at the least it was softer :) To take about a cup of Mayonnaise or extra depending to your hair length, and massaging it into your scalp. Wrap saran wrap around your hair and then take a pre-heated towel and wrap it then across the saran wrap. After about ten minutes both exchange with another heated towel or take away and rinse out. Shampoo and situation as typical. Just right good fortune :)

avocado, banana, egg and mayonnaise have fatty, oily consistencies that are great for hair conditioning.

you don't need all three, though. mix one avocado with one banana and place on your hair for 20 minutes to restore shine and moisture.

honey will add shine, as will a can of beer. just pour on, leave for about 5 minutes, and then rinse.

to lighten hair, you can douse your head in lemon juice and stay in the sun until it dries ... this works best on blonde tones ... and is a great alternative to dyeing!

another way to increase shine is to shower as normal, then rinse your conditioner out in cold water only - it closes the follicles, creating shine ... works to close pores on face too!

i would recommend the above moisturizing treatment in place of oil, because the treatment and another oil treatment are unnecessary. but if you want a store product, Alberto's VO5 Hot Oil Treatment works wonderfully.

you heat the oil in a cup of water in the microwave, then apply to hair and rinse in 10 minutes. will moisturize and add shine.

good luck!

Nutrients from foods cannot be absorbed through hair or skin. They have to be part of your diet. The only benefit you recieve for using avocado and mayo on hair is that they contribute oils to the surface of the hair.
