NOPE!!! He needs to forget about the $300.00 & he needs to quit calling her & vice versa. There's no kids, no reason for them to continue a connection if they're divorced. He needs to move on with his life & sever that tie. She needs to do the same as well.

Nope!
What do they have to talk about now, that could'nt be discussed when they were together?
If there are children involved, then the conversations should only be about them, and for that matter, there still would be no reason to talk so often.
Do you know what they've been talking about?
You have the right to know why they are doing all of this talking, all of a sudden. There's the possibility, that they may be trying to get back together. Keep your eyes, and EARS open! Good luck!.

No. He should send her a demand letter with a time limit on it. If that doesn't work he should take her to small claims court. If he is talking to her about something other than the debt, you have a problem.
Go to www.judgejoebrown.com for the form for a demand letter.

Not unless they were having problems with a child. If there are no children, there's something wrong with that picture, they got divorced for a reason!

Tell him to stop calling her. If it is about the money, get over it, $300.00 isn't enough to cause that many calls.

Who inititates the call, him or her? If it's him, no way. If it's her, tell her to get a life, he's yours now.
