dude tell me mines been hurting for a month lol

heat pads don't work..... well they do FOR A MINUTE.

Getting rid of a stiff neck takes time. The pain and stiffness will go away in a few days. One thing you might want to consider is a different pillow. Some pillows are too large and after you relax after falling asleep, your head and neck go into some weird positions. This will definately give you a stiff neck.

I don't know about getting rid of a stiff neck but to get rid of a pain in the neck get a divorce.

well 2 things...
1.get a massage deep tissue.. hmmmmm nice...

2. try swallowing that viagra down with water next time.. you know if it gets stuck in your throat you will get a stiff neck..lol

how annoying i would try putting heat pads around it and massage it alot and bend it.. try looking left and right as far as you can, up and down, etc. keep massaging and adding heat though hopefully that will loosen up the muscles

Try "Toger Balm". If it is your pillow, try sunning it for a couple of hours.
