look around you - left, right, behind the person you're talking with & say "Okay, you got me! Where are the hidden cameras? This is like Candid Camera, right?" & be real sarcastic when saying that so they'll know you think they're crazy!!! (that assumes they are intelligent enough to appreciate sarcasm)
Or you could say "Hmm, seems you're just a few sandwiches shy of a picnic, aren't you?" or "Runnin a few beers short of a six-pack, huh?"
