A point is placed on a two-dimensional grid at some distance away from another point. The newly added point is 95 degrees away from the origunal point. If you were to describe the location of the nwe point relative to the original point, the new point would have a ?

Negative x value, because its a two dimensional grid so theres no third value. Y value will be unknowns since you dont give any info with respect to the y value. I believe this is correct.

Not any change in Z value, you said 2 dimensional, not three.

Now it could be either of the following cases, a negative x value with a positive Y value, or a a negative x and a negative y value.

Without knowing where the original point was located, and without knowing how far away the 2nd point is located in relation to the first, it's not possible to give a definite location.

For example if the original point was at (+10, +10) and the 2nd point was 3 units away, they would both be in the same quadrant. But if the 2nd point was located 1500 units away, it would be in a different quadrant.

You have an unsolvable situation. Insufficient data.
