If the devil stole your soul, you should not call the cops.
It is not their job to arrest him. It is your job to arrest the devil. You can do that easily by believing in Allah (God) and asking Him the help. Believe me, you will be able to arrest the Devil in that way if you really want to...

That is because the devil is a theif. He is also a liar and good at it.
Question is do you really want it back? What would you sacrifice to get your soul back? Your soul will never die. God gave it to you. The devil stole it because you let him have it. Only God can get it back for you, but you must want it back first.

You should file a complaint with the state. I think it's a very serious offense. Did you have insurance on your soul? It might be covered under your medical.
