In a way it does and in a way it doesn't. If you eat it nonstop every day, you may become overweight, which will eventually kill you if not fixed.If you're allergic, like an old friend of mine, it's also fatal. Also, it doesn't 'cuz chocolate has been proven to have a feel-good chemical, which I don't think kills you. If you're a chocoholic like me any kind of chocolate will give you an "everything-is-right-with-the-world" feeling, so chocoholics beware of addiction! :D

The consumption of Chocolate in moderation is good for you. The Flavonoids in the chocolate serve as antioxidents. To much chocolate can make you obese and then you could die from heart attacks and or other diseases

Yes, it can be VERY deadly if your ill nutrished. Take for example back in WW2 when the allies went to set free the Jews...they gave some of them chocolate...they all died in less then an hour. So make sure your diet is well balanced before eating anything that isnt healthy...

Anything can kill you if there's enough of it.
You could be crushed under a giant bar of chocolate.
Someone could sharpen a Hershey bar and use it as a shiv.
You could drown in a vat of molten chocolate.
You could eat so much you die from toxic shock.
You could be allergic.
They could make chocolate bullets too.

There was a maniac bar of chocolate that pointed a gun at me last week. I thought it was going to kill me for sure. Good thing some corn chips came and saved me. (n_n)

If you are allergic, possible. If you are a dog, yes.
Allergy to chocolate is very rare in humans. Usually, the allergy is to ingrediants in the choccolate, milk, soy, or nuts.
For dogs, the darker the chocolate, the deadlier the chocolate.

I suppose if you have a severe allergy to peanuts which is in alot of chocolate you could die if not taken to the hospital right away.

I'll let you know ... and I promise to work hard at this one.... really hard........I'm going for the good stuff got a store with fresh truffles in the area and a place that has a chocolate moose cheese cake to die for... then I'll go with Godiva and Dove.. no dinner tonight !

Well, if you eat too much of it, yes... Here is how it works: If you eat too much chocolate, or everything else for that matter, you become fat, right? Well, that fat inside you is blocking the heart's beats, the heart stops beating and then you die...
