You may feel sick to your stomach, shaky, and have a headache... actually, you might feel like you would if you had too much caffeine... it's different for each person. I knew a girl who stopped drinking coffee because of health matters, and she complained about having a really nasty taste in her mouth. But, that might have been just her.

Headaches, being agitated easily, pretty much the same as anything else. You sit and crave it. Caffeine is a drug, just like nicotine. It's harder on some people then on others.
