have you tried a heating pad? how about a massager? try soaking in a nice hot bath (of course it'll be really full since it's your shoulders that hurt). do you know why you're so stressed? if so, find a way to deal with the source. hope this helps some.

My shoulder hurt alot too all the time especially when i slouch over for long periods of time. Once a few months ago i got a deep tissue massage and they didnt hurt for about 3 months. But then after a while, just recently it started up again. So the only thing i can really tell you is not to slouch when your sitting down or on the computer( i do that alot), dont carry alot of heavy stuff on your back, and try getting a deep tissue massage.

You can rub on "Deep Heat" on your shoulders.. the hot sensation will help to ease the tension on your shoulder muscles.. However, this is a short term solution.. you need to learn how to manage your stress.. and manage whatever it is that is causing this stress.. Exercise regularly will help to take your mind off work & relax you.. Get enough sleep & eat healthy is also important..

Seems to be too many things not included in your question.. so is difficult to give a proper answer.. This problem can be caused by many factors, to include; large breasts, noticeable postural distortions, occupation, even lung and gall bladder disorder... thus rendering any suggestion for help, to be rather falacious.
I am available thru email if you wish to pursue this problem.

Give yourself massages one shoulder at a time. Practice breathing more deeply. Get a massage chair.

Self massage.... or even a massage machine of somekind. Also yoga should help you relax, or any other kind of exercise.
