Need software for new file notification.?

I need a piece of software that will pop up a message notifying me when a new file has been added to a specific folder on the computer. Is there anything out there that will do that?

Filemon
This is a free utility, you will need to build a filter so it only watches the folder you are interested in. You can also turn on logging so it will recored the activity. Great tool.
