The site has been up for a while and I feel it's looking old. Please can you provide me with feedback and some ideas. I only get about 10-15 hits a day, so bear this in mind in your ideas.

it really isn't bad, but it isn't good
1. what program are you using
- Yahoo has a great sitebuilding program for free to customers
2. change you background
3. make it more user friendly
- make it so that if someone who doesn't really know how to use the internet can use your website
- make things clear and easy to read & understand
4. update your info
5. tell you karate parents (all students parents) to check the website frequently
6. if you really want a lot of people, advertise a little with google or yahoo

try looking up css (cascading style sheets) the more modern and quicker way to keep everything uniform and updated. apart from that make sure you're updating regualrly
