Some people are radicals as we can clearly see. Most of these people kinda skip over the parts of the Bible where it states that sex was created to bring a husband and his wife closer and together as one. Yes sex is for procreation, but as we know not every time you have sex do you get pregnant.

Most Christians anymore believe in birth control, however even there you still have a small group of them that is totally against it and go to such lengths as saying it is the same as abortions. Um no!

Believe as a Christian myself, I have seen the most extreme versions out there. As for other religions I cannot speak for them as I have not studied their standards of intimacy. But the Bible does intend sex for procreation, but also for intimacy and the bringing together of two people.

Sex without procreation is not wrong, but it must be open to life. The sperm must go inside of the woman. Millions of sperm die, but it was done NATURALLY. Only one sperm can fertilize, so the sex was open to life. To deliberately not put the sperm inside of the wife is immoral. It is the intent. Sex has and will always be about Love and Life.

You're wrong, Quinessa M, the Catholic Church does NOT say that. Frankly I don't know of any Christian faith that say's you can only have sex for procreative reason's. Or for that matter, any Religion either. Sexual relation's between a married couple are a gift from God, a unitive way to express your love for each other.

i wish none! sex for "procreation in uncomplicated phrases" will be adverse to Catholic coaching. The Church believes there is an "inseparable connection, known through God, which guy on his own initiative gained't damage, between the unitive importance and the procreative importance that are both inherent to the marriage act." (HV 12) eliminating the unitive will be as incorrect as eliminating the procreative.

Just don't listen to these stupid teachings - let it be any religion. Sex is the essence of our physical life. But destroying the embryo knowingly is murder. So limit sex within legal partners and sex is your enjoyment. Respect each other in this matter.

The religion that feels that way is the catholic religion but a lot of their views are not right. This is the same religion that cover up for the Priest abusing children

this 'promiscuous is bad' thing started long before any of the science that explains babies
In the past, same as today, people had all kinds of drama in their lives because they were (or someone they loved and cared for) were 'promiscuous'
religion is not really about the rules that prevent fun in life but more about how to succeed and enjoy life more fully

Um.....no it's not a Pagan belief you big dummy. It's an oppressive Christian belief. Pagans have historically been pro-sexual freedom. Get your head outta your butt, k?

As for the question.....it's a load of bull. It's just another way to control the masses.

I don't beleive that. There's a time for everthing and don't think God wants any more people on earth to suffer if you can't take of them. I don't know where it says that in the bible not to protect yourself from having kids you can't afford or can give time to if you have enough children already.

that all started with the sadistic hypocrite "saint" Augustine after he fathered several illegitimate children and then John Calvin and Martin Luther jumped on the guilt complex band wagon, because they are evil killjoys who are so miserable they want everybody else to be miserable too
