Because there is no air in the vacuum of space a fan would not work.

But a shade would work.

Sorry but it is impossible coz even if we r able to put the fan in space we have no stregth to even move it to cool down earth.Anyway it is a good idea for u to think of as it is too hot in Singapore,Haha.

There is alot of space junk up their already. It will eventually fall to earth and create more of a mess. Asteroids would hit it and destroy it anyways.
