why do they call it a windbreaker? are we sposed to break wind while wearing it?

I rest while peeing or taking a dump.
Some times I go inthere so I can get a rest from the people I am with, or from the place i'm at.

It is called a rest room cos you go there to make yourself at ease and finally be at rest. Some people do literally rest there. They sit and read newspapers or chat on phone with friends.

I've seen some really resting in there. But I also saw some not resting at all .

The length of time I have had to wait in line sometimes leads me to believe that some people actually do rest in there.

Would you rather they call it what you actually do in there? It's a euphemism, like saying "pass away" when someone dies.
