Just a list off the top of my head...
bacteria, lichens, mosses, molds, mildews, possibly germs, fungi, termites, insects, arachnids, etc. Lots of possibilities. It really depends on the circumstances (location, exposure, etc.)

anyway i'd go with moss, lichen etc. bacteria, various insects, and sometimes mice and small rodents.
