The internet's structure provides a unique "IP Address" for every computer that is connected. Your email address is also unique and attached to your computer's IP Address.
The internet's Server computers can find each and every IP Address. So they can deleiver all the email!

because the internet is global and not tied down to one country. email addresses do not care where the computer is located. Its a global world.
