You are looking for a die cutter. Union Brothers produce great die cutters for wallet size photos. http://www.unionbrothers.net/product_catalog_b.htm I've used them for a while now and their blades last a long time.

As far as names being printed in the corner on senior pictures, your lab should be able to do that. If they can't, get a new lab. Or, if you are a digital photographer, just add the name yourself before you send it off to your lab.

If you have a Archiver's store near you they have a scanner and program in there store to help with adding words to photos.
