Answers manages to stay in service without taking functionality away and respond to user questions , and has the same affliction of political-hacks, porn-posters, (anti)religous nuts, and other internet dregs.
Why do the admins at news message keep putting broken boards on political news, disable the reccomend(like thumbs up), and refuse posts? And NEVER give a reasonable response to complaints?

Repeat after me: yahoo's advertisers expect their adds to be seen by users - if software is down, users are not seeing adds.

The recs were down almost all week, they usually go down on a sunday but this time it was ridiculous. All the boards have been messed up not just the political boards.
