I think there is a company called Reflections which trains a lot of hair dressers and has its own training college. Also talk to either Filton College or City of Bristol College as they run hair dressing and beauty courses.

Toni & Guy, or try City of Bristol College (as they have their own hair salon to train the students, and they can allow the general public in).
