i dun know in what language the phrase is, but i think it's spanish
can anybody tell me in what language is it?

you mean "si se puede" its in spanish

"si se puede" can mean - "yes you can" or "it can be done".....something along those lines..

si se puede is used as a rallying chant to say "We can do it! or It can be done!" Puerte doesn't mean anything.
