Just to mess with us? Isn't Satan just a lowly angel gone bad? And couldn't God just take him out with a combination punch?

Both are creations of man, used to keep the population in check.

Religion is the easiest philosophy for people to follow, but is about as believable as the tooth fairy

He could've taken satan out numerous times, but justice is sweeter when he will meet his own demise. If God had killed him off, who's to say he wouldn't have killed everyone off? He would have seemed harsh and cruel, not filled with love and justice and peace. He has let satan down to the earth since 1914, and Satan continues to wreak havoc on the earth. "a little while longer" is all we have left. So we must remain strong in the face of satan's injustice.

Why does God allow Human Beings to believe the nonsense that a being called Satan actually exists.? Ridiculous, and an excuse for people who want to blame someone else for their faults!

It is all part of his plan. God the Father is wise,He knows all things past, present and future. We were given a choice or free will to decide whom we will serve God or Satan. Every decison we make will affect us now and in the future. All people who deny God;s word and his Son will suffer for their ignorance or refusal to serve the Lord. The people who choose to serve the Lord will enter heaven to see Jesus,be reunited with family members and live in peace for eternity. The devil, antichrist, the false prophet, satan's angels and all who followed the beast or denied Christ will be cast Hell or the lake of fire forever.

Satan was the most beautiful and powerful angel. He used his free will to commit the sin of pride and tried to be God. When he was cast from heaven he became the enemy of God. He will loose in the end and be cast into the lake of fire.

Satan was created with the other angels, he tried to rise up against God and was kicked out of heaven.
And yes God can take him out, but that is not yet to come.
God is planning for him to be thrown into the lake of fire.

No one has perished yet.

Satan is part of God's overall plan.

Yes Satan wants to be God.

Satan is the only entity by name already sentenced to perish.

Study God's Word, it is all written.

Mar 13:23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

The Christian religion is dualist. In other words, there needs to be a balance in the way good and evil is personified. Ergo the need to believe in Satan.
