Splenda is quite new and being such may have some side effects from the processing that society is still unaware of. I'd stay away from sweet and low as it is made with saccrin. Equal is good. it uses nutrasweet wich although tastes nothing like sugar has no unhealthy side effects.
However I think you should really see a doctor, There could be a problem there NOT caused by the Splenda, and believe me a distended utrus is not pleasant.

If you need to cut down on the sugar, I would say to diet and excercise but don't use a sugar subtitute because sugar subtitutes like Splenda can cause cancer!

Look, their are only 3 artificial sweetner alternatives I know of. Splenda, which IS sugar, Sweet N Low which is saccarine, and Equal. Other than that your back to sugar or honey. Maybe you just need to learn how to survive WITHOUT coffee, or learn to drink coffee as it comes from the bean.

Honestly, I would attempt to reduce my sugar intake without substituting any chemical. Sugar is natural... I don't trust Equal, Sweet n' Low, or Splenda.

Good Lord woman! I've never heard of a uterus falling out because of your sugar intake. However, for the sake of health try Equal. It may put everything back in it's rightful place. Hopefully.

Cyclamate — This is the sugar substitute used by Weight Watchers. It's great for cooking and baking. It's sweeter than sugar, about ten times sweeter, so keep this in mind when opening a package of "Sugar Twin."

Stevia is actual a great option. it quite is an herb- one hundred% organic. that's been used in Japan when you consider that 1974 instead to chemical sweeteners (Splenda, Nutrasweet). Stevia can't be patented. it quite is one hundred% organic.

you can feel your uterus falling?
ummm....really?
idk, equal i guess, but splenda is made from sugar so it shouldn't do anything more than reg sugar does...
i wouldn't be so sure splenda is giving your uterus problems....as a bio major/pre-med, that doesn't sound right to me.

Sugar. I would rather have the extra calories from the REAL stuff than poison from man made chemicals.
