Going to SPA or SAUNA at least 3 times a week,will make your hair dry?

what is the best thing to do?so your hair will not get dried.

put an intense conditioning treatment on your hair and a towel before you go into the sauna.

we,have a sauna in our basement and the guide says to wash your hair before you go in,and let it still be wet put a towel over your hair or a shower cap,so that it will prevent vapors from drying your hair out.
