We all get frustrated with our parents or step-parents. But if you had the chance would give them up to go live with complete strangers?

I do not mean that I wish this for a second I just was wondering if other people would. I love my parents and I would give the world for them.

I'm not a teenager anymore. But I totally felt this way growing up. I wanted to go live with my friends house because we could do whatever we wanted to do and her mom didn't care. I really debated this for a week. I was planning to leave. Then this friend (she didn't know about my secret plan) confided in me that she was miserable because her mom didn't pay attention to her. Her mom would just let her do whatever to get her to go away. My friend said she hated HER family! That was an eye opener to me. I realized that all I wanted was to be able to have a bit more freedom to get into trouble!

No, I wouldn't. I know my parents are nice, and that there are some really horrible parents out there, and I wouldn't switch. But there are times I would probably take up the offer lol

no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... my parents might not be the best.. but they're trying.. both of them are away from me.. working in some place.. but they still call all the time to check up on me.. and i think that's really nice of them.. you know.. the effort an all.. i love my parents.. [so cheesy!]

I would never do it because these people could be really bad worse than how my moms act sometimesplus I love my mom

I am so proud of all of these answers. Parents love you and even if they get on your nerves.............they will always be there for you and most are really trying their hardest. I'm impressed!

MY PARENTS BOTH DIED AT THE AGE OF 41, I WOULD GIVE ANYTHING TO HAVE THEM BACK, THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD OF EVER TRADED THEM FOR ANYTHING, I LOVED THEM VERY MUCH. WE ALL MAY GET MAD AT OUR PARENTS ONCE IN AWHILE , JUST BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE THEM
